I offer a mix of shorter sessions and full hour or longer classes. I always give various options for most exercises which makes them suitable for beginners, those returning to fitness after illness or injury, as well as more advanced levels looking for more introspective sessions.
Dont be scared of online sessions, I resisted doing anything online for years as I was a total technophobe. Even when Covid wiped out my hands on wellness work, I resisted. Then some of my old class members begged me to teach them online. So out of my comfort zone, I pulled on my big girl pants and I gave it a go…What was I so worried about? I now love it, and wish I had started sooner! I offer a few very friendly, very small group classes, and 1 2 1 sessions.
