Experienced teacher ( me ! ) who has been teaching yoga, pilates and wellness classes for over 12 years
Only have a few students per class to make sure you receive tailored and personal feedback and encouragement.
Option for one-on-one sessions.
I resisted doing online sessions for years as I was such technophobe.
Some old class members begged me to teach them online.
So out of my comfort zone, I pulled on my big girl pants and gave it a go.
Now I really love it!
