The Blog IS Back Baby!

The sudden and irrevocable disappearance of the old website taught me a few lessons,.
Sadly its also cost me months of time while I redid this one, (with the awesome help of some super friends and volunteers)
Long story short, after all that work, this time I’m taking better care of the site and learning how to utilize it better.
This plan includes spending less time on the santiy sucker that is social media, and instead focusing on the website, regular blog updates, starting my newsletter as a regular event. and nurturing my email list .
will you help me to be accountable by reading the blog occasionally and letting me know what you want more of,
I love to write, so hit me up with anything you’d like more info on , be it menopause tips; or the history of this place; sustainability tips, self care techniques, or the story of the bus ( which has been garnering alot of interest this year as the documentary about it is being shown at festivals all over the place) the trailer of the documentary is also on my you tube…. this invisible link should take you to it > the last journey of <

My you tube chanenell is going from strength to strength so I’m hoping to do videos to go with blogs too.
Get me! if you had told me 3 years ago i would have a You Tube channel I would have laughed you out of town.
Now I’m excited to share it.
if you are interested to see me or the dog in action, click there > click here < (not sure why the click here is not showing !)
for a binge on some self care and sustainability videos
If you like the channel comments are always appreciated, and please let me know what you would like to see more of.
If appropriate I willl add your idea to the list.
I look forward to you joining me on the self care and sustainability journey, whether virtually or In Real Life up the mountain.
